The Law that indicates how a legal operational authorization of health interest store is issued is included in the Greek Government Gazette 3106Β/2013 which was issued on the 03/12/2013.
The process is conducted in two stages:
- Pre-approval (This stage has been simplified, so it is much easier nowadays to get a pre-approval and then proceed to the tax office to complete our business authorization).
- Establishment and Operational Authorization of health interest stores.
- Legal operational authorizations of health interest stores.
